The Person Behind
the Mission
Yolanda launched A Savvy Employment Solutions with a straightforward idea: staffing should feel like partnership, not a vendor relationship. With a background spanning HR, operations management, and talent acquisition across multiple industries, she recognized a consistent gap in how agencies treated both clients and job seekers.
What began as a one-person operation has grown into a team of dedicated recruiters serving employers and candidates across the Atlanta metro area and beyond. Every process, policy, and placement decision still runs through the same set of values established on day one.
Outside of work, Yolanda is committed to community involvement, mentoring, and her family.
